Hallo Ocarina, how is everyone doing? I hope everyone has a lovely weekend. Few weeks ago, my PC basically decided to die during the heatwave, so I had to do some shopping for a new setup. It's about time for me to upgrade anyway because it's been almost 10 years since I bought anything for my PC. When I mean shopping, it was mainly Sas looking into PC things for me. I was just shopping for organizers, new headphone stand, new pencil containers, and other miscellaneous things to decorate my new office desk.

This is mainly why I haven't been posting much this month because I needed to set things up. At the moment, I'm having some photoshop problems. Not sure if my extremely old Photoshop is just not compatible with Windows 11 or what, but meh. That's a later problem!

Few months ago, Kiriya and I went for afternoon tea because I was craving good sweets. Kiriya happened to know a place and he wanted me to try it out, so off we went o((*^▽^*))o !!

LOOK AT HOW CUUUUTE THE TEA SET IS!! It was also super filling as well.

Look at all the pretty desserts they got out for sale. I was so tempted to buy some... but I ended up not.

Afterwards, Kiriya went to a Japanese dessert place to buy some pudding. Kiriya wanted me to try their pudding (yes, it's AUTHENTIC Japanese pudding) and claims they're incredibly good... so he ended up treating me (T▽T)! They also have other sweets in their shop, was a little tempted to try their Nerikiri, but I passed on them.

Even their cheesecakes caught my attention. The small cheesecakes were so cuuute.

Turns out the pudding...were SO damn good. Kiriya didn't lie to me...and LUCKILY, I could buy some pudding nearby my area!!! Thank you to the random Japanese grocery store for supplying these addicting pudding; otherwise, I would've told Kiriya to purchase me boxes of puddings every time he comes over to my place to hang out o(TヘTo)

Sas and I went out to try a new Korean restaurant that opened up around our area. I think my area is just becoming a Korean fried chicken heaven... along with some Vietnamese restaurants popping up here and there. This restaurant is more suited for people who wants to hang out there very late. They also serve bingsoo (Korean shaved iced) but they're all so huge, there's no way I can finish it myself... I think!

First time we went there, I thought the chicken was alright. There was more fat than chicken meat and the batter wasn't crisp enough to my liking... not that I like batter to begin with. The second time we tried, we felt that the chicken improved by quite a bit. Although, I'll need to come back here again and see if the chicken improved for good. ( ˘▽˘)っ Next time, I should try their bingsoo too, I am curious.

On a random weekend, Sas and I did some shopping. I needed some wrapping paper because I wanted to decorate some large cardboard boxes. Yes, I like to re-use cardboard boxes that I get from online shopping, especially when they're still in good condition. And in case you're wondering, I do hoard good cardboard boxes, I stuff them in a corner somewhere in my office.

We came across some creepy looking..garden statues and gnomes? LOL I honestly don't know how these work but... they do look...weird.....

I saw this shirt and immediately thought of Aikia. I should've gotten this shirt and mail it to him!!! IT'S GONE NOW!!!!

That's it for now everyone, stay safe and hydrated! Until next blog post,
